Greg Underdahl
With over 30 years of experience chasing anything that swims, Greg Underdahl is passionate about fishing. So passionate, in fact, he’s made a career traveling the world filming the best places to wet a line.
Now, Greg continues feeding his fishing addiction by guiding customers on the untapped waters of Minnesota’s 10,000 lakes and numerous pristine rivers. Whether it’s world class smallmouth bass fishing on the upper Mississippi, paddling through lily pads in search of outsized largemouth bass, tangling with hefty channel catfish on a lazy river, or tying into a mythical muskelunge; Greg will take you on a unique kayak fishing adventure you won’t forget.
Greg’s enthusiasm for fishing is infectious and he takes great pride in helping people achieve success on the water. His patience and ability to articulate fishing concepts and techniques makes him an outstanding guide. These are just some of the reasons why Greg was recently selected by kayak manufacturer, NuCanoe, to be a member of their promotional team.
Dan Meer
While Greg does most of our guiding, you may get the opportunity to have Dan, the owner of CW Outfitting, accompany you on your guided trip.
Although he loves all types of paddle sport, kayak and canoe fishing has been a passion since his first BWCA trip as a young boy scout. "Nothing like getting into waters where most other boats can't go and then slammin em!" says Dan.
Dan enjoys fishing for all species but especially loves fishing for smallies on the upper Mississippi River and sharing his excitement with customers.
