Harmony on Water: SUP Yoga and Sound Bath Experience

The class begins with a brief introduction to paddleboarding techniques and safety guidelines, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and confident on their SUP boards. No prior experience is required, and our expert instructors will provide guidance and support throughout the class.

Once on the water, we'll start with a gentle yoga warm-up on the boards to get you centered and ready to settle in for the sound bath. The therapeutic sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes and drum will soothe you while you float peacefully on your SUP board, allowing the gentle ripples of the water to lull you into a state of tranquility. Feel the vibrations reverberate through your body, helping to release tension and energetic blockages, and create a sense of harmony within.

~ July class will be at Nixon Lake in Clearwater, Lock Beach parking area off of Huber Ave NW.
~ August class will be at Bertram Chain of Lakes, South Entrance (90th St NE, Monticello) at the boat launch parking lot on Bertram Lake.
~ September class will be at Nixon Lake in Clearwater, Lock Beach parking area off of Huber Ave NW.
